Harvests are celebrated across the globe, like Sukkot, at the end of summer. All through Japan communities celebrate the end of the summer harvest, and hope for rain to ensure a plentiful season of winter rice. Like Jews, they join in joyous meals and processions, feasting on the bounty of the season. Join us for a delicious Japanese feast cooked by Beth David members as we welcome in Sukkot. Cost is $25.00 per person.

Enjoy a festive evening under the Sukkah! Young adults under 40, come celebrate Sukkot with us for pizza & beer (non-alcoholic drinks and gluten- dairy-free options will be available). After dinner, grab the mic (or cheer on your friends) during a fun-filled karaoke sing-along. $20 per person.
Ladies Who Lunch In the Sukkah! (offsite)

Join Beth David Women for our popular monthly luncheon at a member’s home. This is a casual opportunity for women of all ages to get together and socialize. This month there will be 4 locations. All are potlucks, and food must be dairy or pareve.

Steak in the Sukkah (Sukkah PAtio)
Thursday, October 1, 6:00–9:00 p.m.
Join us on the Sukkah patio for an upscale evening of BBQ Kosher steaks with all the fixin’s and wine. Cost: $75 per person for the steak dinner and $50 for the vegetarian option (salmon or impossible burgers available upon request.) RSVP by September 27. Space is limited. The first 50 are guaranteed a spot.
